Terms at a Glance
- Website prices are estimates. Your final price is the one in your written quote after a free inspection.
- Site content is general information, not engineering or structural advice for your property.
- Work is governed by your written agreement, not by this website.
- California law applies to these terms.
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of concretelevelingtorrance.com (the "Site"), operated by Torrance Concrete Leveling ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to the Site only. Concrete leveling, repair, and related work we perform for you is governed by the separate written estimate, proposal, or contract you sign with us (your "Service Agreement").
2. Using the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our services, estimate project costs, and contact us. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or someone else's contact information.
- Use the Site or its forms to send spam, advertising, or harmful code.
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems.
- Copy, scrape, or reuse Site content in a way that violates these Terms.
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
3. Prices, Calculator Results, and Estimates
Prices shown on the Site, including the Cost Estimate table, service page price ranges, and the results of our online price calculator, are general ranges for typical projects in the Torrance and Los Angeles area. They are not quotes, offers, or guarantees.
Actual pricing depends on conditions that can only be confirmed on-site, including the size of the settled area, lift height, void size, soil and drainage conditions, access, slab condition, and the repair method selected. Only a written estimate or Service Agreement from us states a binding price, and written estimates may expire after the period stated on them.
Submitting a form, calling, or receiving a written estimate does not create an obligation for you to hire us or for us to perform work.
4. Information on the Site Is Not Professional Advice
Our service pages, FAQs, and other content explain common causes of concrete settlement and general repair options. This information is educational. It is not engineering, structural, geotechnical, legal, or code-compliance advice for your specific property.
Whether concrete can be leveled, and how, depends on an inspection of the actual conditions. Movement that may involve a load-bearing foundation, retaining wall, pool structure, or other structural element should be evaluated by a qualified structural engineer or appropriate licensed professional before repairs are chosen.
5. Our Services and Results
When you hire us, the scope of work, price, schedule, payment terms, warranty (if any), and limitations are set out in your Service Agreement. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls for that work.
Concrete leveling corrects eligible settlement, but results depend on site conditions. Leveling does not remove existing cracks, repair surface damage, or stop future movement caused by ongoing drainage, erosion, tree roots, plumbing leaks, or soil conditions unless those causes are addressed. Statements on the Site describe typical outcomes, not guaranteed results for every project.
6. Appointments and Site Access
If you schedule an inspection or job, you agree to provide safe access to the work area and to tell us about known underground utilities, irrigation lines, pool plumbing, or other hidden features. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule. Rescheduling and cancellation terms for booked work are stated in your Service Agreement.
7. Phone, Text, and Email Communications
By submitting a form or contacting us, you agree that we may reply by phone, text message, or email about your request, appointments, and project. We contact you only about your inquiry or project, not with unrelated marketing. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You can ask us to stop texting you at any time by replying STOP or by calling (323) 471-4153.
Our use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Photos and Content You Send Us
If you send us photos, videos, or descriptions of your property, you confirm that you have the right to share them. You allow us to use them to evaluate your project and prepare an estimate. We will not use your photos publicly, such as in before-and-after examples, without your permission.
9. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, page designs, graphics, logos, the price calculator, and project photos, are owned by or licensed to Torrance Concrete Leveling and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, republish, or distribute Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Links and Third-Party Services
The Site may include links to, or embedded features from, third parties such as Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party sites and services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties about the Site, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We work to keep information current, but we do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
This section applies to the Site only. Any warranty for work we perform is stated in your Service Agreement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Torrance Concrete Leveling will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, including decisions made based on calculator results or general information on the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law, and nothing here changes the terms of your Service Agreement for work we perform.
13. Indemnification
You agree to hold Torrance Concrete Leveling harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable costs, including attorney fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute about the Site that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
California contractors are licensed by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB). For information about contractors, visit www.cslb.ca.gov.
15. Changes and General Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page and changing the "Effective date." Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
